Abbiamo fatto la vacanza con una coppia di amici, abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti al piano terra direttamente sulla spiaggia a pochi metri dal fantastico mare di Zanzibar. La struttura è accogliente e ben attrezzata, il personale educato e ben disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, compresa l'organizzazione di escursioni. C'è la possibilità di usufruire della colazione nella villa adiacente, anche se noi abbiamo preferito falcela in casa. Esperienza da ripetere, la consiglio anche a famiglie con bambini.

Il posto è un vero paradiso, il mare è a pochi metri di distanza , e possibilità di trovare locali per mangiare Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento “attico “ con terrazza esclusiva, indipendente e attrezzato (anche se abbiamo usufruito della prima colazione servita nella villa a fianco ) . Anche gli appartamenti sotto (ne abbiamo visto uno per curiosità) sono ben tenuti , indipendenti e con giardino privato ! Personale cordiale , e disponibile per qualsiasi problema , soprattutto per organizzare escursioni, o spostamenti. Da ritornarci !

ITALIAN: Abbiamo recentemente soggiornato in un appartamento al piano terra di questa struttura e l'esperienza è stata pessima. L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione fronte mare, ma il resto è stato un incubo. La pulizia era praticamente inesistente, le pareti erano coperte di muffa e l'appartamento puzzava di umido. L'aria all'interno non circolava, rendendo l'ambiente soffocante e insalubre. Le zanzariere erano rotte, rendendo impossibile tenere le finestre aperte senza essere invasi dagli insetti. Le lenzuola erano sporche e il copri water era rotto, aggiungendo un ulteriore livello di disagio al nostro soggiorno. Le foto sul sito di prenotazione erano assolutamente ingannevoli, mostrando solo gli appartamenti al piano superiore, che sono chiaramente migliori. Questo è un chiaro tentativo di truffare i clienti. Abbiamo chiesto al titolare un rimborso, ma ci è stato offerto solo un altro appartamento altrettanto squallido al piano terra. Non ha voluto sentire ragioni e si è rifiutato di rimborsarci le 4 notti prenotate, restituendoci solo la prima notte. La sua scarsa disponibilità e l'arroganza nel trattare le nostre lamentele sono state inaccettabili. In sintesi, evitate questa struttura. La posizione non basta a compensare le terribili condizioni dell'appartamento e l'atteggiamento del locatore. Non consigliamo assolutamente questo posto. ENGLISH: We recently stayed in a ground-floor apartment in this structure, and the experience was terrible. The only positive aspect is the beachfront location, but everything else was a nightmare. The cleanliness was virtually non-existent, the walls were covered in mold, and the apartment reeked of dampness. The air inside was stagnant, making the environment suffocating and unhealthy. The mosquito nets were broken, making it impossible to keep the windows open without being swarmed by insects. The sheets were dirty, and the toilet seat was broken, adding another layer of discomfort to our stay. The photos on the booking site were completely misleading, showing only the upper-floor apartments, which are clearly better. This is a blatant attempt to deceive customers. We requested a refund from the owner, but we were only offered another equally shabby ground-floor apartment. He refused to listen to reason and declined to refund the 4 nights we had booked, only refunding the first night. His lack of availability and arrogance in handling our complaints were unacceptable. In short, avoid this place. The location does not make up for the awful conditions of the apartment and the attitude of the landlord. We do not recommend this place at all.

mehr beachfront geht nicht, perfekte strandlage. sonnenaufgang! im appartement ist alles benötigte vorhanden. mitarbeiter alle super nett. leckeres frühstück mit frischen früchten und omelette. ruhiger strandabschnitt. kutesurfspot! laiza kümmert sich um alle anliegen, fragen und wünsche bestens, danke!

I had the pleasure of staying at Surfescape Zanzibar in July while traveling solo, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The location is simply outstanding—nestled right by the beach, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to water activities like surfing and kitesurfing. The natural surroundings create a tranquil and relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding and disconnecting from the daily grind. My room was comfortable and clean, providing all the essentials for a stress-free stay. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it an ideal spot for reflection and relaxation during my solo trip. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to offer recommendations or assist with anything I needed.

Everythis is wrong in the description ...No internet , no generator that works ...We had no electricty/water etc and the owners who are Italian got no one to repair the genertaor or even help...The private garden was not private as there is a common for all the appartments on the private garden... The messages I wrote to the Italians I got an answer back full of lies and completely disrectful .....There are so many other places to stay ...NEVER STAY HERE.....
