房間比較小，熱水比較一般，吃的不錯，點餐挺好的，房間也就是國內快捷酒店的水平，不過整體水平在這裏已經算是不錯了，隔壁的商場裏面有海底撈

環境衞生，服務很好，飯菜也都還挺好吃，周邊比較安靜。周邊有國人開的超市，購物比較方便，街道相對安全。

I founded and operate my own non-profit charity from the US, and travel many times to Zambia (and Malawi also), most recently traveling for the first time to Kitwe as we ministered to the vulnerable and orphaned children of Mulenga... having to stay close by, and at a nice hotel for food and accommodations, I chose Garden Court... this was an EXCELLENT decision!!... the stay was perfect!!... from the friendly staff, all around, to a very nice, comfortable, and clean room, to an awesome breakfast buffet and delicious dinner choices, this was absolutely the right choice for me!!... the work we have begun for children in Mulenga has just begun, so I can very confidently say that I will greatly look forward to my next visit and will have my "home away from home" at Garden Court!!... thank you staff and even acting GM (Mr. Moonga) for welcoming me so well, and look forward to seeing you all again :-))

The newest and best hotel in Kitwe at a very central location :) You can easily reach anywhere around and out of Kitwe from here. Very nice and very clean rooms, helping and smiling staff. A nice breakfast is well enough and it is included in the price. Definitely will prefer again in my next visit to Kitwe-Zambia!

On my recent trip to the Copperbelt (Zambia) I was excited to note that Tsogo's Southern Sun has opened a new gem in the form of Garden Court Kitwe. The hotel is conveniently located along Freedom Avenue and within the shopping complex of Freedom Park with the adjacent International Convention Centre. The standard of the hotel is excellent. The finishing is the state of art hotel. I was however disappointed with the level of service from some of the staff members who seemed disjointed and less motivated. The hotel finishing is excellent especially in the interior rooms and bathrooms. I really enjoyed the splendour and comfortable accommodation. the meals needs to be upped a bit especially breakfast. a comparison with other Tsogo Sun hotels in the SADC regions in respect of the breakfast menu (especially Southern Sun Maputo which by far rates number 1 to me) will help Garden Court Kitwe come on board and meet the expectations of its clients I always stay at Garden Court Kitwe every time I visit the Copperbelt..
