Bench, shoe mat & wall hooks - please feel free to utilize :) Shoes must be removed prior to entering basement, thank you!Guest accessIn-Driveway Parking in a light traffic neighborhood that exits to two main roads for convenience.Other things to noteThis is a key code entryway; you will enter via our garage & mudroom. Please note we do have 1 (cute) dog who is not typically vocal and VERY friendly. This is the basement of our home, and you will hear the occasional footsteps, pipes, appliances etc. We have a fenced in backyard which will only be accessible upon request and approval.
