A comfortable living room with a 50" TV with streamed live TV and programs. Quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and other items. There is also a pass through window from the kitchen to the back patio for entertaining purposes. Covered patio with comfortable patio furniture. Two car garage is spacious. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Quality mattresses and sheets in each bedroom. Both bathrooms have sparkling quartz countertops and quality towels. Excellent location in Phase II of Sun City. This is an age restricted community, so one renter must be 55+. Home is near Bell road for easy access to freeways, restaurants, places of worship, and shopping. This is the owners first and only vacation rental.
