Please note that the stairs to the basement are considered steep by some guests. • Some guests consider the stairs to the front door steep. We also offer an additional entrance through the driveway into the basement. • Low Cleaning Fees: To keep cleaning costs low, the base nightly rate includes up to three guests. If late checkout prevents the next guest from arriving or causes lost revenue, further charges may apply. • Rental Agreement: A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more. Base rate includes up to 3 guests. Additional guests are $15/night each to help cover extra cleaning and laundry. Only agreed upon number of registered guests allowed unless given permission by host. So we can keep our cleaning fees low for you, we pay our cleaning crew hourly instead of a flat rate. This way we can pass our savings on to you with a lower base cleaning fee. To do this, our base nightly rate covers up three guests. Each additional guest beyond three will incur an extra fee of $15 per night to compensate for the extra hours of additional cleaning and laundry involved. 🍔🥤No food or drinks in bedrooms. 😴 Checkout is strictly at 10 AM.
