「我們在博德魯姆的 Değirmenburnu Residence 住得很愉快。工作人員非常友好，甚至還免費給我升級了房間，這真是一個驚喜。房間可以看到美麗的海景，而且有停車位，非常方便。步行一小段路即可到達博德魯姆老城區的中心。雖然家具需要翻新並且感覺有點破舊，但總的來說這個地方很物有所值。絕對推薦舒適且風景優美的住宿！」

「The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.」

「A Truly Average Stay with a Few Perks I really appreciated the early arrival accommodation and the complimentary breakfast upon check-in—that was a genuinely nice touch and set a good first impression. However, the stay was overall quite mixed. The pool hours (strictly 9 am to 8 pm) felt abnormally restrictive for a hotel, making it hard to enjoy a late swim. The bathroom layout was also frustrating, as there was virtually no counter or shelf space to place my shower gels and facial products. What bothered me most, though, was the security. The cleaning staff left my room door slightly ajar rather than pulling it fully shut, which made me feel uneasy even though nothing was taken. Ultimately, it was just a so-so experience. 16min of walking distance to the city center. A convienience store right opposite the hotel made everything so much easier. Breakfast was great.」

「It was a perfect stay for 1 week: 1. Very tasty breakfast 2. Gorgeous view from terrace 3. Nice pool to spend time in 4. Very helpful owner, which helped us with everything: laundry, cheaper taxi, transfer... 5. Very comfortable room (superior room) - a lot of space Only minuses will be: 1. A lot of stairs up and down each time you want to leave hotel 2. Strange cleaning service: first time it was proposed without preparing in the afternoon when we were sleeping. Next time they also asked about cleaning after we came to the room after the sea and wanted to rest. Last day they suddenly lost their keys to the room.... So the drain in the shower wasn't cleaned and was clogged, not so pleasant. In all other aspects everything was good! Would recommend and come again!」

「Service quality and cleaning on a high level. Room quite new. Michelin star restaurant Malva top. But the dog friendly approach of the hotel is too much: dogs are allowed in the restaurants and even in the beach club!」
