「The hotel was so accommodating and helpful. We booked the large room because in the app it says there’s 2 king beds in it. As a group of 3 we were beyond excited thinking we would have so much space. We were disappointed to find out it’s only one king bed and there’s no way we can have additional bed due to the restrictive space of the room. Thankfully the medium room has 2 full size beds and the attending staff suggested it to us. Although it’s a downgrade, the room didn’t feel like it at all. It was still roomy and spacious and didn’t make us feel claustrophobic compared to the large nest. It doesn’t make sense, but the medium is bigger than the large 😆😅. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. They really compensated us and didn’t charge for the extra meal since only 2 meals were supposedly included in the booking.」

「一個非常家常和充滿愛心的酒店,充滿了熱情好客和友好的工作人員。位置非常方便,可以到達餐館購物中心(SM)和許多餐館。很少有工作人員在提供服務時非常出色。他們是Alexandra Diose和Dijordan,讓我的住宿更加愉快和難忘。總的來說,從25Dec24到04Jan25(10晚)的整個住宿期間,所有員工的服務導向方式和心態都做得非常好。」

「地方很好。但是,住宿明智,壓力很大。單位的主人沒有給我們提供房間號,所以前台人員不得不搜索所有來源才能找到合適的單位。它沒有組織得當,所有者在我們到達之前沒有溝通。我們不得不從一個鎖定的郵箱裏獲取鑰匙。所以想象一下,伸出那些不在袋子裏的鑰匙和鑰匙卡的麻煩和困難。這是壓力。 進入單位時首先迎接我們的是桌子上的一面破鏡子,wifi密碼錯誤和複雜的門鎖。 我們不得不向樓下的接待員詢問業主的聯繫號碼,以便我們可以使用wifi。 最後,我們討厭游泳池只從6am-9pm開放,我的意思是,至少對於一些客人喜歡深夜遊泳的人來說,你不能讓它進入到晚上11點。 總的來說,這是一次不錯的體驗。會回來,但不會租同一個單元,因爲業主不負責任和不體諒人。我們想減輕壓力,但鑑於價格昂貴但事先支付,入住不是一帆風順。 P.S. 請告訴業主要給客人額外的照顧,而不是負擔。」
