Das Sarova Imperial ist definitiv ein tolles Hotel um die Zeit in Kisumu zu genießen. Angefangen bei den großzügigen Zimmern die keine Wünsche offen lassen, über den kleinen Futnessraum mit guter Ausstattung, dem freundlichen zuvorkommenden Personal, gutem Essen und leckeren Cocktails. Wir waren geschäftlich vor Ort und haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen. Auf dem Rooftop befindet sich die Perch Rooftop Bar, leckere Cocktails und Barkeeper welche sehr kompetent sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excelente todos os serviços, funcionários maravilhosos! Quarto confortável,Wi-Fi ok, café da manhã completíssimo, ótimo serviço no restaurante a noite. Ótima localização, inclusive o taxista do hotel que nos levou a vários lugares muito atencioso e ficou nos esperando em alguns lugares

●Best fish fingers ever... ●Very good fresh juices.... ●Great cuisine... ●Great service from Lavender It was a great evening with great hospitality. Almost met a group of happy birthday party.I belive they too had a blast evening. Bravo to the team. The juices were amazing.May be will need bigger glasses

Very good food and generally clean. The hotel staff were receptive and guidance was given for simple tasks. The business venues and meeting rooms were quite elaborate. Don’t open your window at night though, mosquitoes may have you for supper.

The roof top bar has an amazing view, good ambience and very delicious meals. I was served by a lady named Madel, I hope that's the correct spelling. I had to comment on this because I kept watching her work . I liked the fact she ensured no guest was unattended even though the place was full. Food came on time. For sure sarova imperial is the best place to

Awesome service from the team : Beatrice, Ruth, Monica. They are excellent in their work and should keep the wonderful work up. The breakfast served was awesome and I enjoyed every little part of it. Keep team input as they are doing a wonderful job while at it. All in all I loved the stay.

We had a lovely time during the CX Conference. Great customer service from all staff right from the entrance🙌🏿 It was the genuine care, hospitability and great food. Thanks Chef Churchill for the different cakes and desserts we got to enjoy during the 3 days! If you ever go to Kisumu, kindly grab a cake at Kisumu Imperial!

Such an amazing experience, great customer service, highly spacious rooms, good quality good and amazing customer service team. Keep up the great work. When we sought for a late check out, it was granted without hesitation and that demonstrated good customer relationship.
