The staff was amazing, and went out of their way to be helpful. They helped us navigate m-pesa to buy train tickets, and got us the names of potential drivers to Naivasha. The food was wonderful. The garden is delightful. It is in a safe neighborhood.

Vittoria Suites is a hotel located in Milimani Kisumu. It's less than 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It being located in Milimani makes it a perfect choice for a cool environment with natural surroundings. Multiple means of access(Personal drive, public motorcycle or Tuk tuk)with access roads that are well maintained. The compound is well maintained with natural setup-lawns,fish areas,flower beds etcetera. Good WiFi,good conference facilities and nice buffets.

Very trained personnel, chefs friendly environment, strong wifi and understanding staff, keep up the good work. Your parking is ample and security well assured. For management consider having a swimming pool

It's simple, neat, and works for a quick overnight stay when on a work trip. It's not a 'fancy' hotel, but the environment is kept neat and clean. They do serve breakfast. There is no pool or gym. rooms are small but there is a work desk, and internet via wifi is available

simple neat and functional. works for that overnight comfort and secure stay. the wifi internet access worked. theer is TV in room but limited inhouse channels. There is a hdmi port on the TV so you can connect your laptop and use the screen. not sure if they have the cable provided - i had mine.

Great quiet and ambient location. Quaint but everything works just enough room and amenities. Linen and look is lovely, rooms are clean and just enough space to rest and work. Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant and bar on site, serve a decent breakfast

We stayed at Vittoria Suites on our way back to Nairand had a wonderful experience. The room was nice. The amenities were appropriate and the staff was friendly and efficient. We had two excellent meals there as well.
