I loves it there very friendly

I was in town for a convention and this resort was a third of the price of the hotel where the convention was being held. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and spacious the room was. It even had a kitchenette and an actual coffee pot! My only knock on the property is that it's tucked behind a gas station and a gift shop so it's kind of hard to find.

Awesome location. Great food. Beautiful place inside. Clean rooms. Everything we needed. Well lit parking. No complaints. They accommodated our late check in. Had extra sheets and blankets in our rooms for our pull out sofas. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Great place to stay for keeping large groups together, my family of 4 and sisters' family of 5 were able to be very comfortable. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite, and our suite had a kitchenette and fridge for prepping and storing snacks. The breakfast buffet was very filling and we aimed to be there early each day and there was ample food. Hotel room was very clean and bed very comfortable, the only negative thing I could say is that the rooms were a bit warm at night, that could be maybe due to my knowledge of working the thermostat but other than that we were comfortable. Hot tube and pool very fun and wheelechaire accessable which I thought was very cool

No question it is an older property. However, it is easy to see that management is making improvements to the important things as the money comes in. The beds were very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was the best we've ever seen. There were many extra amenities, like the outdoor bar, in-room kitchen with a large refrigerator and dishwasher, arcade and more. All was very clean. On the downside, we had some trouble with our ancient heater. They addressed this promptly. The tub/shower floors are dangerously slippery and require caution. The lighting is still rather dim and charging ports are limited and primitive. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. We didn't utilize the parking lot so can't speak to that aspect.

It was a short stay (1night) but staff was very helpful. Loved that the pool was heated and open until 11pm! That was a plus. Breakfast buffet was really good. We got 2 bed and a sofa in one room for a great price. Would definitely be on the radar for our next Orlando trip

Property charges a resort fee.. this is not resort. There is a pool and a hot tub, but I wouldn’t trust the pool. Building is old and needs major renovation. It’s located beside an abandoned lot and behind a 7-11. The room’s carpet is very old and should be replaced. That’s including the furniture. There is a smell in the rooms, that is in the lobby also. The pillowcases did not smell fresh. And I didn’t trust the sheet’s either. Bathroom was clean, refrigerator was also clean. The shuttle was very late, so I had to call a Lyft. They make you stand on the street to catch the shuttle. Only food available is during breakfast hours, seating is limited. After that do not expect coffee or food. Elevator was dirty. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything. My resort fee was refunded to me, I will not be returning.

Loved that the room was a true suite. However, it was dated and tired looking. In addition we had to ask the front desk for things like coffee maker which they did send up but without supplies and also an ice bucket. Overall considering the price per night stay, this was not good value

Stay was really nice, we were out and about just about everyday and did not return until late evening. Honestly, we didn't spend alot of time at the hotel. Used pool and hot tub and was definitely a nice stay. Bed was comfortable, room and the rest of hotel was clean and maintained. Very spacious rooms, kids enjoyed having seperate spaces.
