We stayed in unit 2606 for the week of Thanksgiving (Tuesday until Sunday). Where do I begin… The doors do not unlock until exactly at check-in time (we were there at 3:55 PM). The entire unit is in need of extensive repairs. There were iron burns on the carpet in the bedroom and the bathroom was moldy and had mildew everywhere. Upstairs there was a tear in the carpet that went the entire length of the hall in front of the washer and dryer. There were ZERO toiletries available. They had one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper available for our entire week stay with 8 people. There were no dish towels to wash dishes and they left ONE dishwasher pack for the entire stay. The living room furniture is falling apart and when my son sat on it, the filling came out of the sofa due to holes in the cushions. They provide ONE bath towel, but no laundry detergent. There was ONE trash bag for the week. There is no hand soap at all. There were no sheets available for the pull out bed. The bathroom door upstairs is broken and our girls had to shower elsewhere because it was unusable. The hot water heater is inefficient and too small for the unit. There is NO hot water if you use any other sink. The ice maker did not work. The can opener literally fell apart as I was using it. We had to replace the batteries in EVERY remote to be able to utilize the televisions. In all, we spent almost $500 on things that other VRBOs/air B&Bs already provide (I.e., trash bags, batteries, sheets, towels, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, can opener, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags). It actually would have been cheaper for us to stay in a hotel. We also were responsible and told we would be fined if we used more than two trash bags, which is funny because again, they only provided one. We were also told we would be fined if we used the hot tub, or if we didn’t start the dishwasher or empty all trash before we left. Again, this is fine, but they didn’t tell us where to take the trash. Finally, the number to text was completely unresponsive to our needs and ignored my questions. Stay away and do not book. Absolutely miserable stay.

Horrible, Horrible , Horrible! The place was filthy at checkin! Pee on toilets and walls! Food crumbs in beds! Dirty linens! Table dirty, dressers look like they were never wiped! Carpet had holes everywhere! Burned by iron in bedroom. The living room carpet so dirty couldn’t even sit in couch area! Took three days for a reply to messages! I had to wash the linens myself before anyone could go to sleep! Was told they would send in cleaners and never did! Had very minimal kitchen supplies, not even hot pads! They dropped some off three days in, but never cleaned! I paid $280 for cleaning fee. When I sent photos and requested reimbursement, they offered $100! Slap in the face! Great location to Disney parks and has good potential! Very sad!
