西雅圖柯克蘭萬怡飯店(Courtyard Seattle Kirkland)

The location served our needs and the room appeared clean upon arrival. However, we have mixed emotions regarding this property. There was a very friendly young man at the front desk who was very caring and helpful. He was wonderful. On the other side, the fire alarm went off at 5AM and when we called the front desk, the first couple times there was no response, then someone hung up on us. In addition, we were told every other day the room would be cleaned. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned.

Stairs carpet was in bad shape duct tape and smelled like really strong pee. 3 days it was never cleaned up. We used this because elevator was 1/4 mile away. Also $15 per day parking plus tax is a complete rip off. Don’t eat here at their Starbucks. Unless you have money growing on trees.

We were placed in a third floor unit that was wheelchair accessible, great because it was at the end of the building, and although it did not have the pull out couch we thought we were getting in the room, the room was huge, versus our friends regular room, which was pretty compact. Purchase the breakfast - GREAT gourmet breakfast. Also, super easy to use Lyft to and from concert at winery.

Facilities are nice and clean. Nice size rooms and bathroom. Friendly knowledgeable staff. They have great advice on local places to eat. The breakfast restaurant had nice sandwiches but for us closed early 10am we are not morning people haha.

This place was perfect for a little get away. The only complain I would say is the heaters/air conditioning need to be updated. Other than that it was amazing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was ok on cleanliness, they use a very powerful carpet cleaner so anyone with allergies or is asthmatic would not do well here. Overall a good visit

It was fine, but it wasn’t very clean. Our room reeked of perfume, there were clumps of hair everywhere, there were globs of soap all over the bathtub and walls, something splattered all over the wall next to the toilet, dust all over the mirror, fingerprints all over the nightstand and table, hairs on the towels. Seemed like the maids did the bare minimum to flip the room. Definitely don’t trust that the sheets or towels were changed. Super disappointed. Been looking for a hotel for our monthly Mariner games and unfortunately it doesn’t seem we’ve found it yet.
