房間新裝修的還不錯，就是有其他樓層還在裝修，一大早開始吵

我記得這家酒店以前是凱賓斯基酒店，有些毛巾和浴袍上有這個標誌。 靠近河邊的位置很好，如果你能訂到面向河邊的房間。 游泳池、按摩浴缸和健身設施都很好。 大廳有 3 台 ATM 機，可提現美元，還有一家 Vodacom 和服飾店。

非常好的酒店，一開窗就能看到剛果河，風景很好！很推薦來金沙薩旅行或者商務的人事來這裏住。很高的樓，設施也很不錯

Malgré les travaux qui nuisent au séjour, l'hôtel reste agréable et particulièrement quelques uns de ses collaborateurs en particulier Mme Olfa Guest Relation Manager qui est d'une redoutable efficacité, d'une gentillesse et serviabilité extrême.

對我和我的伴侶來說，這是一次壓力很大的經驗。 15 年來，我們第一次在收到預訂確認後前往不同的國家。經過一段疲憊的旅程，我們在深夜抵達飯店，發現我們的預訂已被取消，且未經通知。飯店通常的做法是，如果客人太多，所有房間都住滿了，就會取消預訂。經過一番商量和等待，我們終於住進了一間豪華客房。房間很舒適，相關服務也還好。但總的來說，整體服務達不到五星級飯店的水平。飯店不提供往返機場的交通服務，客人必須額外付費。飯店沒有按摩等水療服務。泳池水不乾淨。早餐的水果種類很少。

Je suis Diana Kingala j’arrive de Brazzaville avec le cabinet du ministre de la communication Brazza . Très bel accueil de la réception aux femmes de chambre , Restaurant.. Les chambres sont exceptionnelles la nouvelle déco magnifique. J’invite chacun de vous à y séjourner

視野越來越差，因為我們看到到處都在施工，所以從臥室的側面看去，每個角落都可以看到施工的痕跡。新臥室的床都放在剛果河的後面，幾乎看不到河景。泳池裡的餐廳從一年前開始就變得很糟糕：價格高得離譜，品質卻很差。我們點了蝦沙拉，但不確定它是否新鮮。泳池裡的水不清澈，也沒有經過處理。泳池餐廳的員工也不友善，他們三次試圖在賬單上欺騙我們，還試圖用信用卡刷卡機刷兩次錢……所以我不會再推薦這家酒店了，因為考慮到它的質量，價格實在太貴了。

Breakfast is delicious, the environment is good, the hotel is clean, and it is the favorite of fitness experts. There is a big gym on the first floor. The hotel staff is very professional and enthusiastic, and it is the most satisfactory hotel in Congo.

I had an incredible stay at Fleuve Congo Hotel. The hotel is stunning absolutely exquisite in design and comfort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel at home. As someone from an English-speaking country, I was pleasantly surprised by how fluent and accommodating the staff were they spoke English so well, which made my stay effortless and enjoyable. Always smiling, always professional, and incredibly good-looking too! The food was top-tier, from the delightful breakfast spreads to the delicious afternoon meals. I also appreciated how well-suited the hotel was for my business meeting quiet, professional atmosphere with all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend Vofluvé Hotel for both leisure and business travel. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

Très belle expérience, jolie environnement très paisible surtout pour les rdv , un peuple humble et très accueillant des gens aimables , un bon peuple je remercie spécialement tous le staff de la réception d acceuil pour leur bienfait , si je doit révenir je reviendrai dans le mémé établissement
