Very disappointed in the hotel with no security or cameras ,my vehicle was parked on the property and someone stole all 4 tires and rims off my vehicle and left it on center blocks.This incident has caused added expenses that I was not expecting while in Texas. How could you not have security for your customers.

I booked this property for 2 nights because of the indoor pool. Its springbreak and cold out. Thought this ideal. We only stayed 1 night the pool was out of service. The bed was not that comfortable so was no reason to stay. Very disappointed child with me.

It was very disappointing due to the fact we traveled 8 hrs thinking we had 2 king suites waiting come to find out the guy on duty gave one of my rooms away then tried blaminging ********** saying they canceled it.. when the second part of my party showed up and got to the room it was very disappointing the room smelled like mold and wet dirty carpet they was moved to another room where the bed was not clan finally got placed in a 6/10 room due to the fact the walls had bullet holes the tub was not clean and tv was blue..

Air conditioning and the bathroom exhaust vent covered with dust and dirt. TV did not work, service desk rep is having a party and breakfast area with friends and family. Very loud with adults laughing and making jokes and babies crying.

They miss clean the room because they say personell absence. Don't clean bath towels because too many activities in the area. Some times don't refilled the breakfast because was empty. Its incredible!

Hairs in the sink, make you wonder about the cleanliness of the entire room.
