The staff were very friendly! However, this was a motel standard not a hotel. They need to update the rooms. The restaurant was horrible the food took more than 30 mins and tasted horrible. I ate toast and jam, and fries. All other meals were off property. Do not stay here with any expectstions. Great location, great staff.

This is the second time we've stayed at sunset shores, and we've never been let down by the service or the food. Bed's are lovely and comfortable.

Customer service at bar and kitchen could use a lot of improvement. Slow service and staff often forgot what we ordered. took an hour to get a fish sandwich then served with cold fries. The facility is beautiful but could improve with a little music and bar service at the beach bar to make things more upbeat and lively.

Had an amazing time here. Clean, comfortable, convenient/easy accessible to a beautiful beach. Food takes long after ordering. Food tastes ok, nothing spectacular. Friendly staff with great hospitality.

Charming, helpful and good-humoured staff throughout, who made my stay very pleasant. The bathroom was a bit dated but the bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I ate dinner here only once, but it was exceptionally good. My only concern is about the caged St Vincent Parrot, which cried out every time I walked by. Wouldn't he/she be happier with company?

We were there Nov 2023 and really enjoyed our stay….the bbq on Saturday night was so fresh and delicious…..our waitress went out of her way another day to get fresh coconuts for us….we had an evening flight and they accommodated our late check out request….we would definitely consider going back to this resort especially for the private, clear water beach at this resort. Shout out to the entire staff for their excellent customer service!
