Really good Premier Inn right by the race course. Plenty of free parking. Friendly and helpful checkin staff. The adjacent Beefeater is a dissaster, totally understaffed on reception, bar and serving though the team in the kitchen did ok.

Mostly ok but noisy air con all night and smelly dirty spare pillows out in the wardrobe.The staff were lovely and good good in Beefeater next door .Very good room with wet room and disabled parking .That's why we stayed there as husband disabled.Also lift to room.

Great place to base yourself for a golf tour of the area. Staff are very good and food in restaurant is great and value for money as they also do deals.car parking is very good and free.You have a Tesco opposite for cheap fuel.

I have stayed 3 times over the last few months for business and each time have been thoroughly impressed with not only the rooms but how attentive and welcoming the staff are. Everything was perfect and will definitely be returning.

Unclean room. Desk hadn't been dusted. Room smelt damp. The mould round the bathroom tiles was bad. The dinner was over priced, re heated slop that took ages to arrive. The breakfast was terrible, I paid £8.99 for a croissant and out of date yogurt. Hardly any food available at breakfast. Juice had ran out.

As a regular user of PremierInn we are used to better. We booked a Prem+ room which was as normal until we saw the bathroom, the grouting was covered in mould and grime, not pleasant at all. The staff were friendly enough. The restaurant however was a different matter, we booked the meal deal as we normally do and were shocked, there was a limited menu we ordered fish & chips & were told there no chips, we ordered a alternative but waited over an for this to be served. As for breakfast next day there was hardly any food in the continental display and the hot food looked unappealing. We had breakfast next in Tescos across the road. The worst experience in PremierInn. Have also submitted review to PremierInn, so disappointed.
