We spend a week and enjoyed the views and breeze from the 2nd floor apar**ent. Located close to everything. Relaxing week was had.

Although the property is a little older in decor it has all you need, the location is fantastic and the customer service from property manager is five stars , I would stay there again and my friends who live in colaudra will recommend to any visitors they may have and can't accommodate themselves.

Very good, well managed and maintained. TV in bedroom didn’t work but manager tried to sort it. Otherwise well located, clean and well equipped. 3 bedroom units are very large and have a decent view of Kings Beach from the balcony. Easy walk to bar/coffee shops/pub/restaurants, and town isn’t far either.

Unfortunately I couldn’t stay here for my whole trip because I was sick. My friends treated the place very poorly and despite that, the manager was extremely understanding of my position. Malcolm - the manager - is so sweet and the apar**ents are absolutely lovely with a great view!
It’s an adorable place for families or couples to get away from the day-to-day. I loved Merrima court holidays!
