What i expected
I mean... you get what you pay for. It was comfortable, but not well kept-up. Definitely need new linens. One bed had stains & burnt hole.
We were quickly passing through and just looking for something inexpensive.
Friendly enough staff. Just your typical oilfield area motel

Needed care
Stained bed sheets, bottle cap and facecloth under the bed. No soap.
Staff was considerate when I said I had needed a kitchenette but being I needed more then 1 bed he supplied a toaster oven to help out as we where there for a week in the middle of moving. Was understanding about us needing to extend our stay without having to change rooms

Foul odour in room. Very small bathroom. No amenities such as soap and shampoo. Toilet wouldn't flush.

needed to ask for help to turn on bathroom heater, extra blanket, and how to hook up to wifi; had to walk to office to ask for things-should have phone number to contact them posted in the room also labels on the cupboards as to what was in it--eg coffee maker

It’s an older Motel that was just fine for our quick overnight stay. If you’re looking for fancy this isn’t for you. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was good value for the price.
