Welcome to the beautiful Bear Lake Lodge. It is located directly on Table Rock Lake and within 100ft of the shoreline! BOOKING RULES: These booking rules are required even though this site may allow you to book otherwise PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August): Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday. SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING: Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out). OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS: Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April. NO 1 NIGHT STAYS (Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.) The Bear Lake Lodge is one of the BEST locations available in Kimberling City and within walking distance to restaurants and a major grocery store! Better yet, it is only 1/2 mile from the best Marina on Table Rock Lake (What's up Dock) where you can rent Ski Boats, Pontoon boats, Bass boats, and boat slips. If a trip to Silver Dollar City is in your plans, it's only a 15-minute drive, and in another 5 minutes, you can enjoy over 100 live entertainment shows and hundreds of restaurants in Branson. But that's not all! When you rent this private home, you will have access to all of the amenities at Serenity Shores Resort (right across the bridge - 5 minute drive!) which includes: Professional Mini golf course, Sand Volleyball, Basketball, Tree House, Bocce ball, Horseshoe pit, Outdoor hot tubs, Outdoor Firepits with Free firewood, Paddle Boats, Kayaks, canoes, one of the largest pools in the Branson area, and more! It offers expansive views of Table Rock Lake and a 100ft gentle walk to the Lakeshore. The Bear Lake Lodge is decorated with rustic décor and log furnishings. The upstairs living area has a gorgeous full-mount black bear on the wall, a comfortable couch, a love seat, and an oversized chair with a 60" flat panel TV. The spacious gourmet kitchen has a very rustic feel with stainless steel appliances. The floor-to-ceiling massive natural stone fireplace (electric) with a beautiful 5x5 Elk head mount is the centerpiece of this amazing home. Inside you will also find tongue and groove wood ceilings, solid wood beams, wood plank floors, hand-cut half log stairs and log railings, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the amazing views of Table Rock Lake. The downstairs living area has a full-size pool table, a full-size futon, a sectional sofa, a 42" Flat-panel TV and offers great views of the lake. The master bedroom has a custom hand-cut Aspen wood king-size bed with matching furniture and a 32" flat panel TV. The other guest room has a unique Cactus Wood queen size bed with matching furniture. Lastly, the bunk room is furnished with a full over queen custom log bunk and a twin over twin bunk. When you come back from an exciting day on Table Rock Lake, Branson, or Silver Dollar City, you definitely want to soothe your muscles in our top-of-the-line Hot tub located on the paver stone patio. You can also just relax in the provided lounge chairs, patio chairs, or swinging rope hammock. In the evening, chill out by the Fire pit with four custom log benches and FREE firewood. Build yourself a fire to enjoy tasty s'mores and share some fantastic campfire stories with the family. And best yet, take our FREE canoe on the lake for a leisurely scenic view. Don't forget to bring the free fishing poles provided and try to catch a record bigmouth bass for dinner! The Bear Lake Lodge will create everlasting family memories on Table Rock Lake that will last a lifetime. WE DECORATE FOR CHRISTMAS between Nov 7-Jan 10th including a lighted Christmas tree and decorations! *A few things to note - Lake levels fluctuate year to year due to rainfall amounts. Pictures may not reflect current lake levels. The boat dock shown in the photos is not part of the home. The driveway coming down to the home is steep. The jets in the bathtub are non-operational. We do have security cameras on the property to protect our integrity. *MUST be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. *Check-In 5pm, Check-out 10am strictly enforced. *No smoking, vaping, or parties permitted at this property. Any pets (small, non-shedding, off-season), events or weddings must be approved by the owner prior to booking and will include an event or pet fee. *Please note: The driveway coming down is steep.
