The hotel needs an revamp especially the baths should be changed into showers and the carpets in the rooms is very old is is starting to give hayfewer otherwise the beds us of good standard and the place is ok but the group should look at upgrades

I checked in on Wednesday last week and could not sleep due to a stinking carpet in room 215. Reported to reception on Thursday morning and was told that they were going to clean it. When I came back in the evening, it was still the same and had to sleep with open windows the whole night, despite the cold air that was coming into the room. On Thursday I requested for a room without carpet and was told they only have 4 rooms and all were taken. This has triggered a very bad flue and now have to incur medical bills and doctors consultations and take leave from work, miss important deadlines etc. I do not recommend anyone to stay there as staff fo not seem to care at all about the complaints.

Have always been a good service based hotel, but under the new management team customer care have deteriorated badly.The breakfast over December was embarrassing.They even insist in an empty hotel to charge your in peak prices, with only 5 guests in the entire hotel.

Breakfast was average but adequate. Nice pool and gym and common area is very spacious and is a relaxing environment setting. Beds were comfortable and room is spacious. I would stay here again for an overnight stay. Air cons was a bit noisy but not unbearably so.
