人生初のサファリロッジがここでよかったと強く感じました！スタッフの皆さんも常に笑顔で温かく迎えてくださり、壮大な自然に囲まれた部屋でのびのびと過ごすことができました。ディナーは満天の星空の下で優雅な時間となりました。 サファリではおしゃれなブランケットをまとい、日の出を眺めながらみんなで動物を探すのがとても楽しかったです。 素敵な時間をありがとうございました！

This was the first of 3 Elewana camps we stayed at. It had amazing views and the pools were great. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Barnabus was the staff member in charge of taking care of us and he did an amazing job. There was 8 of us and he did everything to make sure our stay was top notch. It was great. He woke up early to make sure we had our special coffees and treats before we took off on safari. Our bush breakfasts were simply devine and the bush bars for sundowners were extra special. The food was really good. We really enjoyed our stay. We were met at the landing ***** by our guides and they gave us a great history lesson of the conservancy. It was great to learn. Solomon was our guide and he was great. Loved his energy and we got to go see his tribal village. That was a great learning experience and worth the time. Loved that we got to see his relative walking down the dirt road with his friends walking some cows as a dowry to his future brides family. It was just so great to see how they live and dress and how happy they were. I live in a tourist town and it’s so disappointing when visitors take the local culture for granted and never see how they live or take the time to learn about it. . So this was a great opportunity to learn about the culture of another country. I appreciate that this was offered.

We started our african adventure with three nights at Elewana Tented Camp. What a treat! It is hard to imagine that we could have a better experience anywhere (this is my 4th trip to Kenya)! From the moment we arrived we were treated with the utmost kindness, and warm hospitality. Zed leads a team of 40 that are obviously well trained, but more importantly, they are each genuinely sweet natured. Our guide, (the wise and so very funny) Salomon was exceptional. Each drive was different, yet memorable for various reasons. Toti, the bartender/server is a treasure - he quickly learns every guests preference and makes everything possible. We thought the meals were delicious! The chef prepares tasty and healthy dishes that are varied and beautifully presented. We are celebrating our 25th anniversary (we actually spent our honeymoon in Kenya) and the last night will remain a special memory. They prepared a candlelight dinner under the stars for us. After dinner, we heard the staff parading through the dining room singing a song. At first, I was so disappointed to be missing their performance. Then, as they surrounded our table, I realized they were serenading us! Zed's sweet words of congratulations had me in tears. This is a very special place - one not to be missed!

Stayed end of January 2024 at the loisaba camp. Spectacular camp with a wonderful views across the African plaint to Mount Kenya in a distance. Excellent staff and cuisine ! Our guide Solomon was most knowledgable . We had the most enjoyable 3 nights at the camp. Many thanks

Enjoyed our 3 days at the Lodge. The food and drinks were great and the views are stunning. If you go make sure you do the camel ride and the horse rides. And if brave enough do a bike ride. Also I did an in the room massage and had coffee delivered every morning at 5:30 AM. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I spent 3 days at Loisaba Tented Camp. Everyone there was wonderful but I want to give a special shout out to Resin, Peter, Judy and Suleyman. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with the warmth and kindness that we tend to receive from family and close friends. We were immediately taught about the history of Loisaba and the various conservation efforts that are happening from our guides Resin and Peter. Judy, our hostess took care of every need and made us feel like we were home. We felt like we were at our auntie’s house with how much care and kindness we received. Our housekeeper was Suleyman who left delicious hot water bottles in our beds every night. He is one of the kindest people and his smile brightened our days. Throughout our short stay, Resin took us on 9 game rides and every single one was special in its own way. Whether we saw a large herd of elephants or a mother Lion and her cubs or a few Grevy zebras, they were spectacular. Resin’s vast knowledge of the land, animals, floral and fauna was total perfection. I feel that I learned so much that I need a few days to process it all. Our visit to the Samburu village was particularly beautiful. We felt like such honored guests and received a warm and genuine welcome. Resin drove us there and answered any questions we had and gave us a wealth of knowledge and history. I don’t think I have ever walked away from an experience so moved and yearning for more knowledge and experiences. We have already marked our calendars for our next visit to Loisaba!

I hardly know where to begin having never really experienced anything like the Loisaba Tented Camp before n my life. We were greeted at the airport by Dalmaz, a young Masai safari guide who is absolutely passionate about wildlife conversation. When we asked how long he had been guiding, he said "all my life." As a Masai born into a family of 26 children, he is the only one in his family to go to school, so trekking 10 km to school every day helped put the skills he learned as a boy to the test and it shows in his commitment to and knowledge of the Loisaba conservancy. He seemed to sense where the animals were and before long, we were tracking a cheetah and three of her cubs, a young female leopard, a family of elephants and giraffes, mongoose, dik dik, hippos, several native birds and a lioness with three cubs of her own who was also raising her sisters two older cubs after her sister was killed. I am proud to say he is now my adopted son! Beatrice, who works in the dining room, brought us wake up coffee every morning, made sure our lunch and dinner meals were perfect and packed a bush breakfast for us one morning. She was funny, attentive, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Sam is the general manager and he makes sure everything is exactly the way his guests want it to be. Tabitha is the massage therapist and I don't think there are enough words in the universe to describe just what and AMAZING massage this very small but VERY skilled woman gives us IN THE COMFORT AND PRIVACY OF OUR ROOM! My husband never gets a massage because he says no one has ever really given him a good one. Tabitha gave both of us the best massage of our lives. I kept trying to thnk of a way to take her home with us because this woman is an absolute treasure. I am not accustomed to this sort of luxury or service but I can honestly say that if I ever get the chance to come back to Loisaba I will definitely stay here. What an extraordinary experience and what GREAT people here who help make it happen!

Our stay at Loisaba was magnificent! Saitoti, Adan, and Diana went out of their way to provide an exceptional stay! The tent was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable! Be sure to put this on your list to visit while in Kenya!

Our first of two for night safaris and we fell in love with it. The “tents” were complete with everything one could need and really are a large and complete hotel room in a tent having two canvas sides with a full rear wall and a full screened front overlooking the valley below. Discovered the wonderfulness of having hot water bottles in bed. We had superior experiences thanks to Raphael as our guide and Beatrice as our server for wake up breakfast and meals. Little things were great like high level binoculars for all of us, warm towels on arrival from safaris, personal water bottles, safari beverages, close up encounters with all animals and great experiences with the rangers and their dogs. We saw the Big Five in our first 24 hours thanks to Raphael who was very attentive to what we hoped to see each safari and he taught us to take great pictures while teaching us a lot about the animals, the area, the people and the local song “Jambo”. Pool areas were great. Awesome views. Meals were flexible enough to allow us to get in naps and massages. Would definitely try the star beds next time. Felt safe in camp at all times. High level experience in all respects. Our daughter needed to see the medic for a fever and they were very quick to help and treated it seriously, following up many times to ensure her quick recovery.
