Holiday Inn 基林 - 胡德堡(Holiday Inn Killeen - Fort Cavazos Area)

Spotless hotel. I met a friend who was in town for business at the bar and I was very pleased. Janice made the best old fashioned I've had! In fact, my colleagues all had them as well. I'll definitely be back to enjoy a crafted cocktail when I meet with my business partners. From what it looks like in the lobby and by the pleasant staff I'd say it's an A plus quality hotel experience. Thank you.

The hotel was very clean and nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I especially want to sent a shout out to Ruth, Michael and Dynasty! They went above and beyond to help me and my family have a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend staying here for business or pleasure!

Weather was very cold and no hot or even warm water for several days.

This hotel is moderately priced, and I booked it because of the good reviews. The only drawbacks were that breakfast was not included and there was a lot of traffic noise in the room facing the interstate. Otherwise the room was quiet and comfortable, just having been renovated. The hotel staff was very helpful with allowing a late check-out, as we were attending a memorial service mid-afternoon and needed extra time in the room. The breakfast was adequate with a discount, but the restaurant is rather small and had the feel of a fast food restaurant.

Hotel is clean always but I was disappointed to see the pool dirty and water cloudy. Texas is so hot I was looking forward to go swimming.

As I was touring the state of Texas on an Africa Twin motorcycle , I got caught in a cold rainy snap and needed a place to dry off and go at it again the next day. Stumbled upon this spot and I typically do not stay at Holiday Inn but figured to give it a go. Overall the hotel is fine but the staff is the highlight. Absolutely loved the ladies at the service desk and the man serving breakfast were delightful. Bottom line is, for me you don’t have to have the nicest building to make a difference, your people make the difference. Great job!

Team members were professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, kind, friendly, & excellent customer service!!!! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in! The room was spacious, clean, & quiet. I will definitely stay there again, the next time I’m in need of a room in that area.

What was a very clean hotel. Great location near HEB, Specs.. several other stores. The entrance to the hotel does seem a little odd and can be missed if you aren’t paying close attention.
