The staff here was so amazing! We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. This hotel was perfect! The air conditioning worked really well, and we were able to control it from our own room, which is always a plus for older women. It’s location is right in the center city, close to everything. With clean rooms and quiet quarters, what more could you want? Bravo! We loved it.

The entire experience at The Ross was amazing! We were warmly greeted and provided helpful information about the gardens and castle. The room is gorgeous, bed comfortable and the bathroom is perfect with the deepest and longest bathtub! We ate in the Labe for breakfast, everything was delicious and the service staff were warm and kind!!

Da passt wirklich alles! Ausgesprochen nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Gutes Essen sowohl am Abend wie zum Frühstück! Parkanleitung des Hotels unbedingt beachten - sonst sehr schwierig. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung.

It's all about location! Location is excellent! Easy to get to town, shopping, national park, just about everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenties were great and hair dryer was provided. All staff members were attentive to our needs and reception provided great directions for our visit.

The staff were amazing and made our stay wonderful. A very generous breakfast started each day. The location is fabulous to explore Killarney.

Great staff. Food and beverage options in the hotel and several awesome bars, restaurants, live music all in walking distance. Friendly people everywhere.
