Fab hotel. Very well presented and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lovely atmosphere and the room was beautiful. Very central.

Although the staff were friendly and polite our two night getaway was spoiled by the drilling and hammering of the construction workers before 8AM on both mornings and several other issues we mentioned at checkout. I had been assured on the phone twice before we arrived that work didn’t start until 9AM. This is not the case so please be aware of this when booking. The apologies we received from the front desk were meaningless especially when the same thing happened on the second morning. We were not asked for any feedback at checkout and we did not see a Manager from the moment we checked in to checkout. We used a Blue Book voucher but the hotel did not offer value for the prices they are charging.

We had a fantastic time in the Royal Hotel in Killarney, excellent staff, beautiful room and fantastic food. The Royal Hotel is very central and within walking distance of the town centre. Would highly recommend staying here, 10 out of 10 for everything. We will be back 🥰🥰🥰

Sehr nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Das Zentrum von Killarney ist mit einem 5 Minuten Spaziergang zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, ebenso wie das Essen in der Hotelbar. Das Hotel-Team war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

This was my favorite hotel of my entire trip. I have to compliment Valeria (concierge) at this hotel. She is the most helpful concierge I have ever come across. No request was too much. This hotel was maybe a three-minute walk from the train station and certainly not far from many dining and shopping options. The room was beautiful except for some water damage spots on the ceiling, but I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The room we were given -- the "King Royal Suite -- was a dark, dingy, two-room nightmare. The windows were blocked and etched, so we were unable to see out Upon opening the window sill, pigeon poop was everywhere. There was no screen to keep window open. This hotel is misrepresented on the internet. It is 3 stars at best, and the staff is the best part. They are friendly, helpful, wililng and upbeat. Th 440 euros! What a waste. But Michael and Nicole were eager to make it right and offered us compensations. Still, I wonder why this hotel is being advertised as a 4-Star when it is badly in need up an update!
