哇！ ！ ！ ！我該從哪裡開始呢？剛從銀棕櫚酒店回來，我的體驗超級超級棒，非常放鬆...酒店非常漂亮...比網上的照片還要好！我非常喜歡它！住在有私人泳池的尊貴套房，說實話，這是最好的！ ！ ！ 事實上，當我寫下這些文字時，我感覺自己並沒有公正地評價這個度假村有多棒。您不僅可以從陽台/房間欣賞到平靜的海洋景色，還可以欣賞到令人驚嘆的日出......天哪......您可以看到它從海水的“邊緣”冒出來！就在中心！喔天哪！ 絕對值得！ Barizi 水療中心，這是我整個住宿期間最美好的 2 小時！ ！非常專業！我與 Regina 的會面絕對精彩，對我來說，這個度假村是「隱藏的寶石」的真正定義。與 LiIy 的預訂過程非常順利，指導很棒，超出了承諾的範圍。我們玩得非常非常開心。食物一流......對我來說亮點是椰子醬魚、牛肉 choma tamu sana sana、蔬菜 PERFECTO......所有的糕點都很美味，他們做了我們要求的蛋糕，非常好吃，還為我們唱歌，感覺非常特別！向前台的 Amiri 大聲喊出，感謝他為我們辦理了出色的入住和退房手續，廚師、Lennox、Simple Sam、Remi、Salome、Elias、Mary、Lemmy、保安團隊、Paul 和 Norman 也一直在關注我們。多麼出色的團隊啊！莉莉謝謝你謝謝你謝謝你！ ！ ！我強烈推薦水療中心和日落單桅帆船巡遊，超級放鬆...非常喜歡！ ！ ！天哪...我可以繼續說下去如果可以的話，我不會只給這個度假村 5 星，因為它全明星都很棒...只是天堂般的家外之家 ❤️迫不及待想再去那裡很多次 ❤️

We took an impromptu family trip to Kilifi Silver Palm and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. The hotel is just amazing! The rooms are among the best we have ever stayed in spacious, beautifully done, and very thoughtfully arranged. Our kids had their own upstairs space, which I was initially nervous about, but it worked out perfectly. We had pool access directly from our room, which minimized movements and gave us the chance to relax on our daybeds while enjoying serene views of the sea. The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the staff. From the front office team — Ann, Peter, and Almisi who welcomed us warmly, to the service staff including Tsuma, Elias, Riziki, Timothy, and Mary, everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. I didn’t interact with all of them, but I’m sure the same high standards apply across the board. A special mention to Tayari, the pool attendant. He impressed us with his alertness and concern for safety. At one point, he thought my son (a competitive swimmer) was in trouble and immediately jumped in to “rescue” him, only to discover it was just playful antics with his brother. That incident reassured us that guest safety is taken very seriously here. Overall, we felt safe, well taken care of, and completely relaxed. We enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return this time for a longer stay. Truly a gem in Kilifi!!!

Great atmosphere, good food, excellent service. Most beautiful rooms that open to the pool. Unforgettable experience.

The set up within the hotel is good. Good out door management system. Staff are paying attention to details. The food is tasty and the options of varieties to choose from.

This was my second visit to the resort, and it was just as memorable as the first. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — I especially loved having direct access to the pool right from my balcony. It's such a relaxing touch that makes the whole experience feel extra special. The staff continues to impress with their warm hospitality and attentiveness, always greeting with a smile and going the extra mile to make me feel at home. The buffet menu offered a great variety of delicious dishes, catering to different tastes and always fresh. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great resort; great staff - always have an amazing time at Silver Palms. There are wonderful amenities- gym and spa treatments. The pool is amazing. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety. Went there for a work retreat and it was our second time there. One of our favorite places.
