酒店比較老，設施比較陳舊，特別是衞生間很小，淋浴間是衞生間更小的一小塊，房間有味道，插頭佈局很不合理，服務水平也有待提高，不值得推薦

I will visit there again.This is because they have advance environment, strong staff, healthy environment, powerful restaurant space and layout on 12th December at 12.40pm I was in the reception and there were 2 ladies in the reception.I really appreciate their warm welcome.Based on three things I will visit there again, restaurant, rooms and concierge.I love their environment

I’m pretty disappointed with this hotel, food and drinks take more then an hour to arrive The hotel it self is lovely but the service is pretty slow. We have been waiting by the pool for over an hour to get our drink, you can’t expect anything less than 45 mins even for someone to bring you a menu.

Nothing worked! AC, fridge and iron were all malfunctioning. The corridor is dark and spooky. We were on the first floor. Shower wasn't cleaned PROPERLY...ever. The hotel is generally very shabby and dated. Food is quite good and the fresh fruit is welcome. Dinner buffet. Is also quite good.

Wij werden hier ondergebracht door Rwandair na een geannuleerde vlucht. Zeer fijne ontvangst en vriendelijke medewerkers. Een speciale vermelding voor Eugene! Kamers wat gedateerd maar met alle comfort - goede bedden en zeer goede douche. Leuk zwembad en prima ontbijtbuffet. Ook de buffetten in de middag en avond waren van goede kwaliteit met zeer verse producten. Het hotel is erg groot met vele vergaderzalen dus overdag redelijk druk. De locatie nodigt niet echt uit tot wandelen maar wel ideaal gelegen tov luchthaven.

This is a good hotel however the adjacent construction site works 24 hours. I arrived very early in the morning and needed what remained of the night to sleep. That was impossible with the noise from the construction site. They use heavy machinery all through the night with constant beeping as the excavators reverse (which they do a lot). I don't know why they are allowed to do it. There are other residences around the construction area and it must be miserable for them. I moved room for the second night and had a really good sleep. Everything else was good.

Very friendly. Very clean. Good service. But be sure to book opposite of construction site. They tell you it will stop at dusk but the trucks will continue all night,. Had to change rooms at 11pm when I realized they were not going to stop. A hassle but they got us another room.

Light filled sunny good sized rooms. Decent breakfast. Shower poorly maintained - clogged sink, shower door wheels broken, tils broken and difficult to control water temperature. Staff was very helpful.
