The service is always excellent, this my second times logging in the Madras Hotel & Apartment

Madras is an excellent 4-story apartment hotel located in a good neighborhood and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 6 days. The rooms are spacious and clean. Each room has an insuite bathroom. The living room is a good size and well appointed. The kitchen is reasonably equipped for those who like to cook. An excellent complimentary breakfast is provided at the hotel restaurant or can be delivered to the room. The restaurant is open all day and serves lunch and dinner. The food is very good in quality and variety, but room service orders take a long time to be delivered. The hotel personnel are extremely nice and responsive to guests' needs.

I appreciate Madras Hotel Apartment to its high quality Service! They have a Good kitchen, the best rooms, kindly Staff! I really appreciate and I recommend to stay at Madras Hotel Apartment . Because it's a good and quite place to stay .

The hotel location ideal ..not in city but easy access to many places to visit.The reception can arrange anything needed to do in Rwanda. The room was large and adequate. Food reasonable and price OK. Overall excellent value for money most welcoming Nation on earth in my view..visited over 100 countries Well done Keep it up

The rooms provided for our group at the Madras Hotel and Apartments were overall inviting and comfortable, however some of the rooms on the 1st floor needed improvement in regards to air conditioning, hot water, iron and amenities. Thank You to the Madras Hotel Management for hosting our organization.
