There are 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths on the main floor and 2 bedrooms 1 full bath on the lower level. The main level consists of a fully equipped kitchen with newer black stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, electric glass cooktop range and oven, , french-door refrigerator, water cooler, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender and electric griddles for easily preparing large meals. There is a long 5 stool island countertop open to large dining area with expandable dining table and a slider to open patio with large propane gas grill (propane provided) and picnic table for outdoor dining. The open floor plan flows into a large gathering area with gas fireplace (no wood burning fires permitted), a comfortable wrap around leather couch, a 65" flat-screen SmartTV with DVD, soundbar soundsystem, cable TV and an assortment of family board games and variety of books and puzzles.
