Excellent hotel, highly recommend it, the breakfast is actually perfect for the price i paid.

The entire staff has made me feel like a VIP the food especially at the Vibe was seriously 5 star dinning. I went to the spa for a facial now I want to go every day. Rooms are very comfortable and same day laundry. I can't say enough about my stay I would recommend if you are planning a visit to Pune India this hotel is where you want to stay 💯

Great stay at the hotel for 5 days and the staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Food was yum irrespective of any cuisine. The rooms were pretty comfortable and definitely coming back. The USP is during breakfast they would come around your table with new dishes and offer you , these being apart from the ones in display and menu. This was quite a different piece which I have never heard or seen anywhere. They also gift you a souvenir while checking out.

Very cordial and polite person knows taste of each guest’s requirements in very short interaction this makes excellent use of his training and expertise. May be he will have to articulate and learn more and try to improve all the time in order to get better always.

良い点 工業団地への拠点として場所的に便利でした。 レストランでは、気の利くサービススタッフが多くて感じが良い。 特に仕事の都合上、朝早く出発しなければならなかったのですが、朝食を正規の時間より早くレストランで取らせてもらいました。 ありがたかったです。 改善点 ルームサインがわかりづらい。もっとシンプルに、Do not disturb , Please clean とした方が良いです。 ルームクリーン 土日の夕方6時に掃除に来るのはやめてほしい。 レストランで、シェフ、サービススタッフ、レセプションスタッフがやって来て、部屋はどうだ？ 食事はどうだ？ 滞在には満足しているか？など聞いてきすぎ。食事くらいゆっくり取らせてもらいたいです。逆効果。

We went there for a day and It was a great experience! The hospitality was warm and the food served was delicious! The rooms were spacious and clean! The staff was amazing, especially Sanket Somuse at the reception for his sweet gesture and making us feel special!

I was greeted and served upon very well !! One of the best places in pune better than taj Mr Hrithik , Sanket and tejas all made sure I had a pleasant experience !! The best part was the executive lounge and the pool. the gym also had the most latest Equipments

My first night in Pune and my first real meal since the plane! I ate in the Vibe Bar … it’s the outside venue and had live music as well as a view of the chefs cooking. Salim was my server and he had some great tips as he helped me to navigate the menu. I had the Laal Maas (mutton red curry) which was fantastic with garlic naan bread (m favourite). Salim made sure I had a great experience and answered my ***y questions with knowledge and professionalism. Thanks Salim and vibe lounge for a wonderful experience.

I wish to convey our utmost gratitude and thanks to you and all staff for the successful organizing or our family retread at JW Marriot. The experience was amazing, Vishal was the one who was helping us with everything and ***aging all the things perfectly.
