Very nice hotel. Great service including complimentary ski storage. Great pool and hot tub. Nice staff. Trip.com indicated resort fee was $20. Actually was $35 per day. Kind of ridiculous for using a pool and hot tub.

Staying at Keystone Lodge & Spa was amazing! Definitely will be doing it again.

Really great place to stay, felt private, safe, and special for our second anniversary. My only complain although not about keystone itself but we visited right after Labor Day so there was actually quite a bit of things closed or the open times didn’t match any listings online. Aside from that a very nice vacation for two

The resort is beautiful and clean. Front desk was so welcoming and helpful until we ran into one major issue regarding the hot tub. There was ice surrounding the outdoor tub and my disabled guest slipped and fell getting in due to the entrance handle being broken. When we told the front desk they were apologetic but unfortunately were not very accommodating other than the medical team providing an ice pack. There was also a strong pet urine odor on one side of the room. Due to our one night stay and the the disappointing response from the front desk about her fall I did not feel the need to complain. My one plus about our stay was the Argentinian desk agent (forgot her name!) She made a great first impression for the hotel, and made checkout a breeze!

Very nice, pool and hot tubs were amazing. Lovely views and all staff helpful, friendly and welcoming. Will definitely rebook in the future!

You should always put the hotel is under construction This hotel hotel was under construction a lot of places around was closed including the restaurants

The manager, Susan, helped us out the moment we arrived. She was very nice and che ked in with us when we had questions about activities in the area. Our room was fantastic. Everyone was great!

朝食が良くなかった。*や肉類、サラダも無かった。毎日同じメニューでオープン時間もルーズだった。 景色はとても素晴らしく、スキー場へのアクセスも良かった。Waterの機械はとても良かった。
