阿姆斯特丹柯瑞宅邸旅館

这座历史悠久的宅邸位于基韦斯特市中心，非常棒。入住手续简便快捷，但如果您喜欢与人交流，这里可能不太适合您，因为您需要独自一人。酒店内有一个小型餐饮团队，仅此而已。不过，所有入住指南都非常完善，入住房间也十分方便。 这座宅邸令人惊艳，紧邻杜瓦尔街和所有主要景点。房间舒适简洁。强烈推荐！

这是我目前为止住过的最好的地方。唯一的不足是没有制冰机，除此之外，这里真是个绝佳的住宿地点。

This is literally the house built by the original Florida millionaire. It is historically significant and a treat to explore. Our first night included a false fire alarm at midnight which was great for meeting our co-inmates. Terrible choice for people with mobility issues, stairs and no working elevator, etc. The management is off premises which can be inconvenient. We found parking acceptable but has first come first serve so could be a problem during peak times. The location in old town was pretty good actually, putting you within two blocks of trolley stop, restaurants, etc. The biggest drawback is general lethargy of maintenance. Faucet aerators long overdue for replacement, heat didn't work in several rooms, poor cleaning practices, etc. This is an interesting historical property in a good location with unusually poor corporate management. A pity, so much lost potential. Would not stay there again.

Convenient location to Duval Street. Extremely cold in room though during a cold snap, as there is no heat (it was an AC unit only and temps were in the 40s). We were told to use more blankets when we inquired - not the best reply. Wish the listing said AC only.

No heat and it was cold; they offered extra blankets but those would not be enough if temperature in the room is 62F and you have to shower and then sleep etc. should have had a heater or something. Clean but very small sink. We washed one load of clothes which was nice. Very noisy until the wee hours as it was close to Duval street and bars at the corner had live and very load music for a good part of the night.

No hot water in the shower for 2 days, bedroom window sill was completely rotted. The bathroom window frame was bent and the window could not be completely closed or opened. The window was therefore always 3 inch opening letting moisture and cold 60 degree F air. There was black mold on top of the bedroom window and around the red alarm on the ceiling. Our room # 117 door was also rotted. We contacted management since no staff on site. We received text messages that maintenance would address it. No on showed up. The texts were AI generated. Also the ******* listing implied we would be inside the Curry Mansion. Instead we were in detached run down hotel rooms. behind the Curry Mansion. The AI message also said they could not put us in another room.. Rooms with black mold are bad health hazard. The wood in the building are rotting in many places. Also needed more electric outlets to charge phones and plug in CPap machines. We should get a refund or they should have put us in another hotel nearby.

Fabulous location Cute old mansion But… lack of effort by management-1 employee at place the sell dryer out offerings No coffee pods in room. I guess the expected us to walk 17 stairs to pick up ourselves. The electric lift didn’t work even had key in it. The tat didn’t work bathroom had heat bulb

The hotel is beautiful as it is a lovely Victorian home with dark wood interiors, chandeliers, and time period furniture. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a bar on the porch where breakfast is available for purchase. Great location, just a short walk to bars, entertainment and restaurants.
