Amazing and friendly staff. My second time staying there and I love how it’s easy access to restaurants and bars and the center of the city

La piscina es muy pequeña pero agradable. Ubicación perfecta a dos cuadras de la calle principal donde está todo. Parking en la puerta de pago.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits à 700€ la nuit et nous nous attendions à quelque chose de beaucoup mieux Une bouteille de champagne était offerte mais il fallait dormir la nuit du 31/12 au 1/1 Le petit déjeuner est inclu mais celui ci est digne d un petit déjeune d un motel Les espaces extérieurs sont très bien entretenus mais les chambres sont dans leur jus

Un enfer... On avait réservé pour notre voyage de noces! On arrive, la porte du bungalow avait un defaut et laissait passer un jour de 5 cm de large donnant directement sur le lit. On le mentionne. Ils mettent une mousse... Ils doivent réparer le lendemain. Rien On demande a changer de chambre, on nous dit le lendemain... Rien La robinetterie de la salle de bain rouillé, le thermostat de la clim au qui se decolle du mur, la clim au dessus du lit qui fait un bruit monstre, la commode qui manque de tomber car des pieds cassés... Bref un enfer et surtout AUCUN service et on se moque du client. A de 400€ la nuit, fuyez!

Excellent endroit, bien situé dans le Old Town, oasis de paix. Entretien impeccable. Aménagement paysager magnifique et luxuriant.Personnel accueillant. Seul bémol: système de climatisation bruyant: attention aux dormeurs fragile.

We had termites fall out of the ceiling at 9:30 pm in our bungalow. They moved us to a lower category room and refunded us just the resort fee and parking. They told us any complaints for compensation must go through ********** since they are a third party booking agent and we didn’t go direct through IHG . So we contacted ********** and they tried to resolve the issue but the hotel told them we were satisfied with the refund we got . Now having hundreds of termites crawling all over you I. You hair mouth and belongings who wouldn’t be satisfied ( sarcasm). Have called IHG 4 times since June 28 th no response back and they keep saying that the hotel said we were satisfied . Nope . We took what they could do and followed the hotels instructions and went to ********** which they then deflected and denied . Go to kimptons website they say if room is not clean (sorry bugs aren’t) they will make it right. I have given them ample time to resolve this the pics will speak for themselves I’m not complaining about a leaky faucet a weird smell or even a slightly dirty bathroom this is insects all over us unexpectedly at that

I was excited about my stay at the Kimpton Fitch. I’m disappointed that we had to change three rooms to find one that had a working AC. Key West is extremely hot and functional air conditioning should be a top priority. I’m also disappointed that I was charged a resort fee when nothing about this was resort style. I would also expect a credit for my stay since the Winslow was more expensive. The representative on site was pleasant but did not offer any compensation.

This was my second time there, and one would think that one would be placed in a nicer or equal room to the last, especially on my birthday. In addition, house keeping was lousy, didn't sweep and didn't notice the ants in both rooms. The ants proceeded to attack $40 worth of fudge I purchased to take home.I was told I'd be reimbursed....Haven't seen a penny yet. No towels at the pool all 3 times we swam. Sad to see a nice place slide so fast
