Beautiful grounds, very nice cabanas and awesome hosts. Delicious scones and coffee for the morning. Jonathan is a wonderful host: very knowledgeable about the area. The scones from Peg and Kari are a wonderful addition to the morning sunshine. Brianna in the office is quick and efficient

The property was beautiful, the room was exactly as pictured, and the staff was amazing. We booked a mobile massage when visiting, but the room was too small to setup in the room; I explained the issue to the manager and asked if we could find an outdoor space for them to setup. Within 30 minutes, he found a spot for us and rearranged the area so we had sufficient space. The outdoor space was beautiful and calm and the water access was perfect for a morning or evening hangout. The provided kayaks and paddle boards to get out on the water or you could just take a quick dip. They also had a free food truck there each morning serving coffee, tea, and scones in a variety of flavors. Would recommend for couples, families, or solo travelers.

We did my daughter's wedding. Everything for the event was excellent. Staff 100% attentive and did their absolute best to make the event a success. Food, everyone is raving. The one thing I find VERY annoying is the dinner reservations. It takes too much time and energy to do this. You have to be on line early etc. Everything booked up very fast even though we took the concierge pkg. Cbay is advertising they have so many restaurants, one of the reason we choose them for this trip, but it was very difficult to get in. I have been to many other ALL INCLUSIVE resorts and did not experience this. I also feel they can do better with the timing of their shows/entertainment. Most nights we are eating dinner while this is going on, hence we missed most. Beach has plenty seaweed. Resort grounds, pools area, lobby etc very nice. Bar great. Again the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. ALL OF THEM. I will definitely re-visit and recommend this resort.

What a lovely place! We stayed in #4. Clean and in great shape. Sitting outside our place was peaceful with a great view. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. It’s a quiet getaway spot, close to many restaurants and stores. The pool was a place for a nice break.

The food is mediocre. This side of the island is so windy that you can’t swim in the ocean. I would recommend staying on the west side of Saint Lucia. Snorkeling at Anne Chastanet is great. The volcano tour and sulfur springs are worth saying. There is a waterfall close and worth seeing

This resort is gorgeous, with phenomenal landscaping, adorable updated and very clean cottages right on the bay. The included kayaks, paddleboards, on-property dock, lounging areas, and included homemade scones are wonderful amenities. Daily housekeeping service is also included and they are generous with towels. We are FL locals who come to the Keys often and thought we had discovered a hidden gem that was too good to be true. Turns out we were right. We paid $1500+ for 3 nights in a 4-person cottage. They charged an additional $85 at check-in for our 5 and 14-year-olds. Not an issue. About an hour after arrival, they were pounding on our door because we had parked in the wrong spot. Oops, sorry! That night, as my husband and I were relaxing by the beach area around 10pm, we were told to move our (personal) paddleboard paddle up to our patio. Again, no big deal. On our third night, my Keys-local friend visited. She and I were sitting on our "private" patio chatting at around 11 pm, when the owner's son entered the patio and started interrogating her as to whether she drives a red Honda. She told him 3 times that she does not, that she had walked over. He told her that guests are not permitted and that she must leave immediately, then stood there until we got up. She's very involved in the community and told him she'd like to support their business but felt this was a poor way to treat Guests or Locals. He told her he didn't care who she was, that she needed to leave now. He told me that if I wanted to see her, I should go to her house. My 5 year old was sleeping inside, which was why she came to me. In the ******* listing, it says that only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. It does not state that they are not allowed to step foot on the property. We were initially ecstatic to find this property but will now never stay here again. It is disturbing that every move is being watched. The interrogation was unacceptable and I was humiliated, having to escort a friend off the property . It is certainly not the Keys vibe that we are accustomed to.
