基拉戈萬怡飯店(Courtyard Key Largo)

The staff is very friendly, the grounds are kept and the rooms are clean. Good spot for a quick night or two and if you don’t plan on spending time in your room or at the hotel. Only one restaurant on-site and serves breakfast only. There is a bar and restaurant within walking distance and it has good food and service. The only thing i didn’t like was the pool was extremely warm and when it’s already 100’ degrees outside you want to cool off - it was like a warm bath.

Doing my stay it was noisy and they hotel had many kids during my stay. They were left alone at the pool diving, and splashing others. The kids were rude. The hotel amenities such as the washer and dryer didn't work. I lost my money to the washer. The hotel staff were rude as well. I mentioned the leaking coming from the A/C unit in my suite and got it brushed off like it was nothing. The main elevator was broken. The room had sugar ants! This was suppose to been my birthday vacation and it was a devastating matter.

Quick stay for a birthday party, generally very nice, a little dated and worn in the rooms, but still comfortable- think $300 a night for this hotel is a bit much, but know every place in the keys is expensive

Overall this was a nice hotel with friendly, courteous service. We did not like that the breakfast services were unable after 9:30 am and the pool was very small and had no access to food or beverages. The shared pools were across the canal so it was necessary to go by car which was inconvenient. We booked at an inconvenient time as it turns out because there were many school groups staying as well. When they used the pools, it was not an inviting a**osphere.

Overall we were not happy with this Courtyard. Partly because it wasn’t the vibe we were looking for (just a boring a**osphere, so if you’re looking for something lively- look elsewhere) and partly because the bathroom was not clean and very run down looking. Location is good - there are a few really good options for dining nearby. Pool area is nothing special. Seating areas by the water were disorganized with garbage around (including broken glass bottles). The shower doors were just filthy- it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We were hesitant to even use the shower. (Based on how the shower looked, we didn’t even dare consider using the bathtub). We were on the street side of the building - so if you’re a light sleeper, DO NOT stay here without getting a marina view room. The street noise is terrible at night. Beds looked pretty well kept and clean but the pillows were THEE worst pillows I think I’ve ever used in my life. We booked 2 nights and left after the first. Found a much better option down the road.

Like the scenery and the flowers/trees around property, and convenient distance to Macs Diner. Did not like- brown stains in the bath tub - wifi did not work. Able to connect but could not bring up any website, my Chromebook kept saying "cannot reslove DNS." Staff said it was a problem with my device but when I went to Starbucks and used their wifi my device worked just fine!

Seemed to be a good mix of families, retirees, couples, and young people on Spring Break. Everything was wonderful until the young people didn’t know when to go to bed. A room party right below our room woke us at 3am and lasted until 5am. Needless to say, it was impossible to sleep, and put a bit of a damper on a nice stay to that point.

The grounds were maintained and clean. Security was good but should have asked how many guests were in each room before telling us no guests were allowed in pool.
