Beautiful tiny house with loft that sits right across from a heated pool and playground. There are two beaches on property as well as a boat launch. Located minutes from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park as well as plenty of excellent restaurants, nightlife, and diving experiences.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Boats 25 foot or less, $25 per day for parking boat, Call Key Largo Kampground to reserve..Please stop by the office when you arrive. The gate card can be picked up for a $250 deposit. Deposit will be refunded when you return the gate card..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Great place to stay!!!
The people who manages the place thought of everything. The place is clean and has a cozy home feel. It is fully stocked kitchen, has lots of towels for your family to use. The place has 3 queen size beds. One queen bed is in a private bedroom and the open loft has 2 queen size beds on the floor. The kitchen came with a wide variety of spices and cookware. Lots of storage areas so you don't have to worry about living out of a suitcase. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

5 stars!
This was a perfect stay! Everything was explained so well and we had an awesome experience. The host Rebecca was great answered my questions in a timely fashion and made us feel so welcomed. There was tons to do, loved the pool and kayaking with my hubby. I couldn’t be more happy with our stay. The staff at the kampground we just as awesome. I have nothing but GREAT things to say!!

Great property and location
My wife and I stayed at this tiny home for 5 days. It was well represented in the pictures and description of the rental. They had everything that you needed to fix meals while you were there and the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Rebecca, the property manager went over and above to make sure that we were satisfied with our stay. The park is adorable and the people there were super friendly. They have a very nice pool and laundry facilities, as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I would highly recommend renting this tiny home.

Great little place!
This tiny house was everything, my husband, and I hoped it would be! The location is great, it was furnished very nicely, and it was clean and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, including spice cupboard on the end-cap of upper cabinets. It also has a pleasant outdoor space..

A really sweet tiny house in a great location.
The VRBO was well maintained and close to many stores and restaurants. The staff at the RV park was extremely helpful.

Good for the price
Enjoyed our stay for the price. It is in a campground so not real private, but once inside the house, it is very private. Very nice property at that price. There are many other properties out there for way more money for a less nice property. Would be tight with more than 4 people but perfect for us 2. We did not spend a lot of time on the property. Spent most of our time out enjoying the keys.

Little house
