This canal-front half duplex offers you great views, a private boat dock that fits up to a 50ft boat, covered deck, patio, and boardwalk, right in your backyard! When you step inside, you will find a welcoming and spacious open concept living area which has a cable-equipped TV with streaming options and access to the covered deck. You must be at least 21 years or older to rent this property. You may keep one boat, up to 50ft, docked at the house. You may keep one boat trailer parked on the property. However, the trailer must be 20ft from the center line of the road. For a fee, Key Colony Beach offers temporary parking for boat trailers and it is just around the corner.
