邱園飯店

飯店更像是民宿，但只要廣告上是這樣就沒有什麼問題。對於能力較差的客戶的警告 - 所有房間都位於一樓/二樓/三樓，沒有電梯。如果您無法使用樓梯或提起行李箱，那麼這裡不適合您。 我們房間的套房不是最乾淨的。當我們到達時，垃圾箱還沒有被更換。每次我們進入房間時，即使是在打掃完客房之後，也有一股非常強烈的尿味。淋浴的排水很慢，所以每次我們淋浴時，托盤都充滿了水。 話雖如此，服務還是很棒的。工作人員很樂於助人——尤其是提供早餐服務的工作人員。我們最後一天還有另一位工作人員向我們提供了旅行信息，因為那天沒有從邱園出發的火車。

Location great especially for Kew Gardens All of the staff we met were all absolultey wonderful. Really helpful, friendly and offered great customer service. They made our stay pleasant. The quality of the breakfast was first class and the Breakfst team went out of their way to make it a great expereince. Sadly the offer was limited ie no fruit, yogurt or cereals, however the quality made up for that. Sadly the room we were given was really disapointing especailly after reading so many glowing reports tiny, cramped and nowhere to sit . The bathroom was really small and the sink was just about adequate. We had tried quite a few times to message the hotel and also call them prior to our vist (which we had booked way back in August) but no body answered. This did not bode well. As ther is no reception as such we did not have an opportuity to ask anyone about changing the room. The room was adequate, and quiet which was good. There was a bus stop right in fornt of the hotle which was ideal as we were using public transport. The location was excellent fo our needs. Just very disappointed with the room. A big thank yu though to every single member of the staff team that we met, without them we would have been a bit grumpy!

Come for the rooms, stay for the staff Hotel was nice, staff made it excellent! Everyone so friendly and courteous. The area is really a fantastic little village area and it was so pleasant to walk around, even at night by myself. Felt completely safe. Also super close to Kew Gardens so makes it convenient. Food was delicious, didn't try any drinks.

Très bien, au dessus du pub donc un peu bruyant jusqu’à la fermeture mais à 23h tout est calme. Chambre bien équipée, personnel sympa. A deux pas des jardins royaux ! Très facile d’accès .

We stayed in three rooms, on each floor. At the top floor the room had a bathroom big enough for a toddler. The windows were difficult to open, no elevator to take suitcases up, rooms were outdated with a musty smell, low chandeliers, bathroom walls looked like it was cracking. The only reason it was booked was to see the KEW gardens. I would not book this hotel again

It's a quaint little hotel, nice size rooms, restaurant/pub downstairs, convenient to tube station and Kew Gardens. Friendly staff, good food. The room (8) needed another lamp in the corner and it needed a grab bar in the slippery tub/shower for safety. I would love to stay here again.
