House is few minutes away from UD , Kettering health campus, Downtown Dayton and shopping areas! Very cute little house, very clean and welcoming. Close to everything. Fire pit in the back yard was nice to have a small fire and relax in the evening. Host was very accommodating and responsive to messages when I had to change my reservation.

Perfect stay
Perfect quiet location for my family. Check in was quick and easy. Enjoyed the spacious kitchen and comfortable beds. Definitely will keep this location in mind for future family events.

Second time staying and just as amazing as the first time!
Awesome experience. Host even let us shift our day up because of a scheduling conflict! She even got the place ready before the scheduled time and let me know. We will be staying here again when I come back!! Very clean and smelled amazing!

Great little place
Great location! Quiet neighborhood, park in walking distance. House was very clean. There is a grill in the backyard that you can use. Also a fire pit out there as well. Comfortable beds and just overall cute little comfortable place to stay! Is a must and will be staying here every time I come to Dayton!!
