多切斯特樓飯店(Dorchester House)

Dorchester House was booked, for myself along with the other members of the walking group I am connected with, for 4 nights. What a lovely place to stay. Our host Lorraine was so friendly and welcoming and everywhere was spotless. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the welcome tray in the room was much appreciated with a good variety of hot drinks to be made up. I had a different choice of breakfast each morning; the fresh fruit salad was beautifully arranged in individual lidded glass jars and the overnight oats were fabulous. Thank you Lorraine for a wonderful stay and I’m looking forward to staying again later in the year.

Please search no further….this was the most wonderful place to stay. We traveled recently with our daughter….celebrating her 21st birthday. Keswick is breathtaking. It was so lovely to walk into the Dorcester House and to be so warmly welcomed. We truly found our “home away from home”. The room was beautiful, beds were super comfortable, bathroom and shower super clean and divine! The best part was the delicious breakfast. We would absolutely stay again! Wish we could be there right now! Thank you, Lorraine and Simon!

Dorchester House is perfectly located , just a 5 minute walk from Keswick high street. My group of friends (13 in total) had exclusive use of the house for our 3 night stay. The hospitality & flexibility shown by Lorraine & Simon was truly outstanding, so much so we’ve already booked for next year !

My second visit to this beautiful B&B with my friends for a walking weekend and it was as wonderful as before. Super helpful and friendly hosts, lovely spacious room with the most comfy beds (I was asleep the moment my head hit the pillow). I’ve been looking forward to the breakfast since the last time we were here and it was fantastic. Loved the delicious cake again after our walk and thank you for going to the effort of providing a gluten free one for one of the group so he didn’t miss out on cake. A great stay again thank you and we will try not to leave it as long before we return.

A great welcome at this fabulous accommodation, everything was perfect, our room was well appointed and clean, despite on the small side we were very comfortable. A good selection of choices for breakfast, we especially enjoyed the porridge with a selection of toppings. We were on a walking holiday, it was so thoughtful to return to our room with slices of homemade cake to go with a hot cuppa. Would recommend highly.

We cannot recommend Dorchester House enough. This is the second time we have visited as a family. Lorraine and Simon are fabulous hosts. The breakfasts are delicious. Little touches like an Easter treat for everyone make it a real home from home. The location is perfect; you can walk to the park and central Keswick in a few minutes. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this B&B. From our warm welcome, immaculate ensuite bedroom to the delicious breakfast, our stay was faultless. An ideal location for the short walk into the centre of Keswick. We wish we could have stayed longer and we shall definitely return.

What a fantastic stay we had. Absolutely everything about this place from location to the breakfast, cleanliness, extremely friendly hosts, the list goes on of all the positives of Dorchester House. Seriously, if you stay anywhere in Keswick make it this place. It will exceed all your expectations. Amazed!
