Ccb 布魯柯斯飯店(Ccb Bruskos Hotel)

Aout 2023, jeune couple : Nous avons vécu un cauchemar. Pensant avoir réservé une chambre propre et moderne en nous basant sur les photos du site Booking, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise, après avoir payé à l'avance deux nuits, d être logés dans une chambre lugubre des années 70, sale, mauvaise odeurs, bruyante, sans climatisation, literie séparée et non kingsize, sommiers cassés, matelas sale et inconfortable, frigo bruyant comme un marteau, pas d'isolation, insectes, poils et cheveux, taches corporelles.. regardez les photos... Les hôtes paraissaient être gentils et honnêtes au téléphone mais étaient en réalité de véritables Tenardier ! Au lendemain de la première nuit, nous avons souhaité être relogés dans une chambre conforme au descriptif et on nous a demandé de payer l'équivalent du double du prix déjà versé ! Nous sommes finalement partis après une courte nuit et les gérants n'ont pas voulu nous rembourser la seconde, en se montrant particulièrement hostiles er menacant. D autres clients etaient aussi mecontents et une femme de ménage nous a conseillé de partir, elle meme y vit un cauchemar. Vraiment à fuir !

Agréable hôtel, petit déjeuné copieux et le personnel très gentil, j'ai eu surement de la chance, car ma chambre était moderne, parking pratique, chaise longue a disposition, pas besoin de courir tôt le matin comme dans certains autres hôtels, bref un bon séjour et parking gratuit

El servicio es excelente, todo el personal es muy amable. Nos ayudaron con nuestras peticiones para que tuviésemos un viaje agradable. Sin lugar a dudas iría a pasar unos días de nuevo gracias a la atención que nos han ofrecido y al maravilloso trato. Gracias

A very beautiful stay at this lovely welcoming hotel, excellent food with exceptional staff. Our stay was comfortable and very enjoyable. The room was lovely and clean and refreshed every day, pool towels were readily available, nothing was too much trouble, would definitely recommend.

We arrived slightly late due to a delay with our flight we were greeted by Irini and made very welcome with bottles of cold water. We were shown to our room on the 1st floor which was immaculate, clean and tidy the room had a kettle, coffee machine and fridge, could I suggest that some teabags, coffee pods and milk be left in the room for people arriving late. I did ask at the pool bar the next day and was given some milk for our room. The following morning we were shown the breakfast buffet which had fresh fruit and fresh bread to toast with a selection of cold and warm food, and as much tea and coffee that you required. We inquired about trips and were helped by Kostos to choose several day trips The hotel is situated in a quiet area however you do have to walk to the local shops and restaurants you can hire a car or a quad however we choose not to do this as we were happy to walk The pool was kept clean and tidy and the staff each morning were seen cleaning and tidying around. We did notice that a lot of the local restaurants were being painted and made ready for the holiday season which only starts up at the beginning of May, however the restaurants that were open were good.

Had a great stay at bruskos. Hotel itself is really clean and well kept. Pool bar is reasonably price for its quality (their spirits are 60ml) compared to 35 ml at other bars. Bali beds available free of charge. Room was decent size and there were serval trips bookable through hotel to explore Corfu. Highly recommend Corfu town and grand tour island
