We stayed in this apartment in August 2025. I must admit, the location of the apartment is excellent – right in the very center, in the most charming street filled with Italian restaurants and cozy cafés. The interior of the apartment is also beautiful, truly well designed. However, there are several things that don’t really match the price. The apartment was not clean upon arrival – we found crumbs on the dining table, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, the shower head was very dirty, and there was visible moisture/mold in the corners of the bathroom. The bathroom floor also wasn’t clean. According to the host’s instructions, we had to switch off the boiler after every shower and turn it on 20–30 minutes before using it again. We were provided with towels only twice through our 10-day stay. Luckily, there was a washing machine, so we washed them ourselves, but if towels are listed as provided, then they should be refreshed. One night, due to our own mistake, we locked ourselves out with the key left inside. The hosts didn’t respond in the group chat, but another girl from the group sent a maintenance guy, who literally opened both the building and apartment door with a card and spray – and charged us €50. To be clear, we acknowledge it was our mistake, but it would make sense for the hosts to have a spare key. I wasn’t shocked by the way the doors were opened, but I do think guests should be looked after a bit more in such situations. All in all, the city is beautiful, the location of the apartment is outstanding, but there are definitely things the hosts could improve to make the stay more comfortable and worth the price
