The online booking process is fine.
However, to our surprise someone else already checked in to our room earlier (around 3 pm) by the time we want to check in at night. And they're a walk-in guest!
How can the day shift staff have the audacity override a fully paid booking with a walk-in guest?
We might've check in late (but still within the given timeframe). But it's not an excuse to resell our room to other people without any notification. We already paid for it!
Luckily the night shift staffs are helpful, and we got ourselves a replacement room.
The replacement room is quite ok.
Amenities include TV (very limited channel), glass mugs, kettle, hot shower, soap in packets, towels. Shared iron & ironing board outside the room.
No coffee/tea/sugar sachet.
No drinking water dispenser that I' aware of.
No dustbin.
