Although the beds were uncomfortable and hard, the room was clean and spacious. There was a lift to get to the second floor which was helpful. We had to check in at The Royal Coach Inn next door across Flinders street. That was okay, not convenient but okay. If it had been raining I might not be so generous. The real issue besides the bed was the fire alarm that went off at 2:30 am for 30 min right over our door. This awoke the entire complex and was relentless until 3 am. Phone calls to the after hours number went unanswered. Trying to get back to sleep in the rock hard bed after the shrill of the siren over our door was impossible. Also, the traffic on Dequetteville and Flinders street was heavy late and early morning causing further disruption. Would I stay here again? No thank you
