We were down for Memorial day weekend, and great granddaughters birthday. We paid for 3 nights and asked before we left in the morning to have our room made back up and new towels. We came back and nothing was done. angerly I called up to front desk for some new towels, and he told me I would have to buy new towels for $30. I stated that I had asked before we left. The room was dirty. He gave us new towels after I yelled at him saying that this is very unfair. I asked the manager as we were leaving if that was standard for any stay and he said no and he was very sorry for their actions. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast to but only had bread, waffles, yogurt coffee and juice. I mean really bad service and not caring. I stated that we needed to be comped for our stay.

Do not stay here!! The pictures and reviews are far from what you get! The front counter lady acted like I was bothering her because she was on her phone when she was checking me in. She definitely was not inviting or welcoming. I asked to change rooms because the first room they gave me smelled of cigarettes and mold. Not to mention the lock one of the doors was broken and did not lock! That's not safe! When I got to the second room surprise surprise, it was the same thing!! I was supposed to stay for four nights but I had to get out of there. I barely made it through the first night! If you value your health, time, and hard earned money, then don't stay here. Go anywhere else but here!

Older Room, Outstanding Staff Sad trip, strange town, and a hotel that was a haven in the storm (literally). From the moment I stepped inside the desk manager was simply outstanding, warm, personable, welcoming, with excellent advice about local dining. The room was very nice but its age was telling in small ways - toilet seat in need of repair, faucet that needed tweaking in order to turn off, but in the big ones - cleanliness, bed, and layout, a very comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to return.

!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!! ****DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER STAY HERE OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY*** I have never been more disgusted in my life!!!! Do NOT stay at this property. The number of deficiencies and public health codes/regulations that were not followed is astonishing. Boogers on walls, boogers on sheets, stained and dirty arm chair, broken cupboards, sink not sanitized - hair all over the sink and toothpaste on the faucet. The room reeked of odor and the entire property was NOT up to standards. I complained to the front desk and she asked my room number and proceeded to state, "Oh, I didn't check that one." WHAT???? How do you allow tenancy in a room, but don't confirm that cleanliness standards are met? Oh, but they are quick to take my money and NOT give it back!!!!!! I will be reporting this to higher ups - Wyndham - and letting them know this property is not living up to their MISSION and CORE VALUES of INTEGRITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY and did NOT do the right thing when they refused to issue my refund! THIS IS NOT OVER AND I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR MY REFUND!!!! WASHINGTON STATE DEPT OF HEALTH WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS AS WELL AS WYNDHAM CEO/CORPORATE. DO THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD STAY IN YOUR FILTHY PROPERTY EVEN IF YOU OFFERED A DIFFERENT ROOM!!! FRONT DESK CLEARLY STATED THEY DON'T CHECK THEIR ROOMS, SO WHAT WOULD MAKE HER THINK I WOULD WANT A DIFFERENT ROOM?

Service is so bad. I spoke with the manager about some room issues and he was not respectful person. He was yelling me so mean person really I feel so disappointed about it.
