肯特-西雅圖舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Kent - Seattle)

我唯一的抱怨是，據說這是一個無菸無毒的設施，但走廊充滿了****。

Place is pretty clean and easy to get to.

The place was really nice and clean , felt very comfortable to be at . Two things that were not quite up to standard was the shower n head isn’t that great but did the job . Also the website said you can pay the 100.00 deposit in cash and that wasn’t the case had to put my credit card in. And was told it wouldn’t be charged but it was ? For 72 hrs till it gets put back . I have another appoin**ent in the next few weeks and we will definitely be staying again.

My car battery died at their property and I didn't realize it until check out. The manager actually went out and bought jumper cables for us to use! They accommodated our family while we waited. So thankful for their grace and willingness to go the extra mile for us!

We were really disappointed because the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. We chose this hotel for that reason because we came to see our granddaughter and wanted to be able to take her to the pool. When an amenity is not available, hotels should say so on their reservations page.

The hotel looks good inside, and it looks like they try to keep it looking nice. Everything was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. I did not have any problems staying at this hotel, and would stay again.

My room was on the first floor. There were no privacy curtains, only sheers. Additionally there was a flood light pointed directly through my window. Heartier drapes are needed. The room was nice, staff was friendly.

This Comfort Inn was very blase' at best. Hotel convenient just off freeway, but neighborhood a bit shady. Room was clean although a bit small. Absolutely no ambiance to facility. View from my room yielded perfect view of big rigs in storage. Spent 3 nights there, and ice machine on 1st floor was out of order. They seem to have trouble supplying towels for swimming pool. Two out 3 nights i needed to ask for one. Mediocre place at best if in a bind, but personally i will never return there.
