The hotel was clean and comfortable. The price seemed too high for comparable places. Our room was large and looked like it could accomodate a sofa, but only had a small chair. We asked to upgrade, but were told the rules we would have to do that through Trip.com and no effort was made to satisfy our request. Breakfast was better than average. One major problem was the AC/Heat unit which was very loud. We had to shut it off for the night so we could sleep.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and a simple breakfast was included!

We had a mix up with the reservation, totally my fault but the person checking us in was very short and rather condescending about it. Not very helpful at all. We got it worked out but she showed very little patience for my mistake.

Room was well appointed and very clean. Everything was modern and nice. The room had a Kuerig coffee pot and there was hot coffee in the lobby at all hours we checked. The indoor pool was heated and the hot tub was hot. Pool towels were provided. Breakfast included hit eggs and bacon, pancakes, cereal, and lots of hot coffee. Woukd stay here again.

The HIE in Klamath Falls is a very clean, quiet and well-maintained facility. It is easy to get to from the main highway, and is close to shopping and dining. The staff is friendly and efficient.

The place is in good condition, breakfast is good, they have takeout boxes for it, it's very nice. The check-in lady was a bit stiff, but the other staffs were good.

Wonderful customer service! Very very clean rooms. No smoking means no smoking and I'm very sensitive and know a smoker was in that room. 👌 Excellent cleaning

we stayed here for two nights, the room is very clean and pleasant, the indoor swimming pool and hot tub is such a relief after a day's hiking. strongly recommend it.
