新奧爾良機場拉昆塔溫德姆套房飯店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Orleans Airport)

Front Desk is useless. No ice machine whatsoever on 4th floor. Breakfast was mediocre but not awful for free breakfast. Entire 4th floor reeked of *********, not a big deal to some but having a 10yr old autistic daughter who has overstimulation and is hypersensitive to such things, it's a problem. Parking costs $12 a night. TV screen was damaged upon arrival which I took video to make front desk aware so I wouldn't have any deduction from my $75 security deposit that I have to wait up to 14 days to be refunded back to my bank.

Clean and nice room but not all rooms have microwave and fridge. Service could be better. No ice machine or beverage machine but they have ice water in the lobby. It was ok for one night.

charge way to much on your card and the breakfast was crap only bagel and waffles

Close to airport but need to take taxi after 9pm since there are no free shuttles at night. Room was pretty big and clean. Rest of hotel was very average.

Gostaria de expor aqui minha decepção durante minha estadia no La Quinta Inn. principalmente relacionado ao cafe da manha . Achei um tanto quanto absurdo a falta de reabastecimento dos itens do cafe da manha durante o periodo do mesmo. Quando acabava algum item e o mesmo era solicitado a funcionaria do local, a mesma muitas das vezes nao fazia a reposicao ou quando era feito, nao era o sufuciente para atender as pessoas que estavam presentes no momento... Precisavamos quase que implorar para que fosse colocado algum item para comer. Isso ocorria durante todo o periodo do cafe, ou seja, fomos em um dia no horario mais proximo de de encerrar o cafe e em outro dia, bem mais cedo e a falta dos itens era da mesma forma. A impressao que tivemos e que o hotel oferece o servico de cafe da manha porem o mesmo nao quer fornecer o mesmo aos hospedes. Nao recomendo o hotel a ninguem

The hotel is pretty run down and could do with some renovations. We stayed for 2 separate weekends and the second room was in some ways better than the first. The first room was on the third floor. It was spacious and generally clean but the bathroom was in a terrible state, there was a leak in the roof above the bath, it was unclean and the plug socket by the sink was damaged. The second room was on the ground floor and in better condition, although slightly smaller. On both occasions, the hotel made arrangements for a crib to be provided and all of the bed linen was clean. The breakfast provided was very basic with limited choices but you get what you pay for. There is a choice of, bagels, bread, yoghurts, cereal and waffles. They ran out of everything on both occasions and it takes a while for items to be replaced.

Overall the room was clean however the tub area was in need of repair- tub faucet was not secured to wall, lever that controls shower vs bath was partially stuck which resulted in half the water coming out through shower head and the half coming out tub faucet. As a result of this the tub did not drain in a timely fashion. Sadly this was not discovered until just prior to checkout. We notified the front desk of these issues so hopefully they will be fixed.
