The price of the room was totally disconnected from the type of place the hotel is. Not a family-friendly hotel. People live at this hotel long-term. Food odors in the hallways as guests seem to cook their own food in the hotel rooms.
We could not sleep all night because one of the hotel guests partied in his car for hours under our bedroom window and no one did anything about it until midnight. Sewer smells and creaky beds.

We were there on a family trip for Chris**as. The location was great. The staff was very nice and accommodating. However, I'd suggest a some better heavy duty vacuums because there was pet hair over every piece of carpet in the room. That was my only complaint.

Great place! Very convenient! I love how the manager checks in on you during your entire stay to make sure everything is going good. Breakfast was okay. My only problem was the shower. I didn’t like how it was set up and it didn’t have good water pressure, but other than that everything else was great.

I purchased the suite option and the rooms were as pictured. It wasnt very clean but it wasnt too bad. The t.v acted up a couple of times but we werent in our rooms for long to care. The breakfast was good and the best feature is the pool they have thats offered through the gym. They dont picture it but trust me it was amazing. The location was great because you were close to all the shops and it doesnt take you long to get to downtown. Overall the experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quiet hotel, beds were very comfortable, AC worked properly, linens and towels were fresh, room was very clean, check-in staff was very friendly and it took just minutes to get our room keys. Will stay here again when in the New Orleans area.

On the hottest days of the year in New Orleans, our AC went out at home. So, we picked this Hampton Inn for a bunch of reasons: close enuf to home, & a block or 2 away from our gym (Elmwood), movie theatres, shopping & restaurants. But the best part ...?
The room's AC (our #1 concern) was FABULOUS!! And so was the breakfast bar. The bed's mattress was terrific, too: firm but also soft & comfortable. (How do they do that?)

The hotel staff very friendly and accommodating because our first room smelled horrible. Front desk clerks so very nice. The second room was great. Found out later that night the area outside smelled just as bad. The bed quilt had stains under the top layer, but room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast could be a little better, with more options.
