金利 I-95 凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Kenly I-95)

Everyone was nice and friendly I booked through a third party app so check in was easy although I wasn’t told what my deposit was before she asked for my card. The room was clean they turned the heat and the on for us before we arrived which was great since we were at the race track and it was cold! Overall I would recommend this hotel again

Chambre aurait besoin de rénovation complète. Correct pour le prix mais nous n’y retournerons pas.

Took this for an overnight stay on a long road trip. I booked it not knowing much about the area. The service is good, the room was clean but also very simple. The neighborhood is extremely remote and not sure about how safe it is. There is no pool, no gym but a small breakfast. I think it’s a little overpriced based on the amenities offered. It seems like there are better areas along the 95 that offer more amenities and even just more dining and less remote of a neighborhood, for a similar price. (Fayetteville, Wilson, Lumberton are all not so far and off the 95),I expected something a little different with the Quality Inn franchise.

Checked in --had a reservation --tried to take shower--city had shut the water for a planed outage starting at 10 pm --I was not told I would not have water until city turned water back on after their maintance -- I was upset that when I checked in I was not notified their would be no shower or toilet in room --desk clerk told me their was a notice on the check in counter --when I called from room after check in

I felt very welcome upon my arrival Both the evening and morning staff were friendly and helpful.

Their was bug bed in the room I’m waiting for the refund of the room by tou and the hotel

Roaches, leftover pizza, fecal covered tp on the bathroom floor. Other guests were having noisy outbursts
