The worst five-star hotel you can go to. The attitude of the staff is not good. The hotel is not clean and stylish at all. Very messy and dirty. Drink a glass of water, leave it in the lobby and see it there for 3 days. If you need to clean the room, you have to wait a day, maybe someone will help you. Very ordinary breakfast. Old and broken room furniture.

Positive points: - good swimming pool - good lobby and room - good breakfast Improvement points: - Internet was disconnecting sometimes - Film on TV was not correct: the footnote was not compatible with the pictures; we saw the film of Le passe - Taxi service to Haram was not on-time (two times in 4 times)

About a month ago, I booked this hotel from hotelyaban.com and it was really worth it, the suites were very clean and big, and the service was excellent. Also, the staff of this hotel are very polite and tidy

My Bad Hotel Experience !!!I can’t believe how this hotel is called 5 star !! With a weak management and poor service it was my first and last time to choose such a hotel in my life !!! بدنرين مديريت و نظافت كه ميشه از يك هتل ديد !!! و باعث تعجب است كه بعنوان هتل 5 ستاره سوء استفاده مالي از مسافرهاي هتل ميشود !! قابل باور نيست كه اب معدني داخل اتاق رو حساب ميكنن !!! و همچنين هتل هيچ نوع اتو ندارند و ،،،،،،، بدترين تجربه هتل كه تا به امروز داشته ام ، تجربتي الفندقة السيئة !!! لا أصدق كيف يسمى هذا الفندق 5 نجوم !! مع الإدارة الضعيفة والخدمة السيئة كانت المرة الأولى والأخيرة لي لاختيار مثل هذا الفندق في حياتي !!! فاطمه من امارات
